How is a photo slideshow different from a video montage?
It’s simple. A photo slideshow is just that. Various pictures, set to music played in a slideshow. Slideshows are short in length accommodating only one song and do not include effects.
A video montage is a bit more involved and can include title slides at the beginning and end, as well as captions throughout. A video montage is more like a movie where your pictures and videos are set to one or more songs. You have the option of including video clips in your montage. We can transfer your old memories from other formats and incorporate them into your montage as well.
What is the difference between a photo book and a story book?
Simply put - a photo book is similar to what you can create on Shutterfly, Kodak and other such photo sharing sites. Your pictures are displayed with the option to include captions. A story book is unique in that you can tell your entire story along with your pictures. When you order a story book, we provide you with a questionnaire based on the event you are capturing. This makes writing the story a whole lot easier! Both options come in a variety of themes, colors, sizes and styles.
How do I get started?
Once you’ve had a chance to review all our customized products, complete our Order Form and let us know what service you are interested in. Once the completed order form is received, we will process your order and send you an invoice outlining the cost for our services. If you’d like to proceed, submit your payment and send us your materials. That’s it - you leave the rest up to us!
What photo/video formats are accepted?
We accept both digital prints via email and online photo sharing galleries and hard copies (actual photos) via US Mail. We can also accommodate digital video (sent as a file or burned to CD) and can include video transferred from other formats as well. See Formats
How long will it take to receive my DVD?
Most orders will be completed and shipped within 2 weeks of payment receipt. If you have a custom order, we will work with you to meet your deadline but can not guarantee it will be completed within 2 weeks. Orders can be expedited to meet your needs, though an additional fee will be added to your order. Expedited fees will vary based on the order.
What songs can I use in my montage?
You can use any song you like as long as you adhere to the following:
- The montage will only be used privately, shared with friends and family
- No monetary exchanges are made to view the show
- The montage will not be mass produced, copied or re-sold
I want to order a montage for my organization, can I still include music?
Of course! All our montages that are created for organizations will utilize royalty free music so there is no copyright infringement on the song(s).
How can I submit my Payment?
There are a few ways to make your payment:
- Credit card payments are accepted through Pay Pal.

What is the Shipping Policy?
All orders are shipped via USPS and are generally mailed within 2 weeks of payment receipt. An email confirmation will be sent out once your order has shipped. If you have a special shipping need, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Packages are sent via First Class/Priority USPS mail and usually arrive within a few days. All domestic packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Customers are responsible for the return postage on materials sent to us (e.g. photos/video tapes etc.).
If you are local, we can try to make arrangements for drop off/pick up to avoid shipping charges and delays.
What is the sales tax policy?
Customers who live in NJ will be charged 7% sales tax. Customers living outside of the state of NJ will not be subject to a sales tax.
What is the Return Policy?
Due to the nature of the products we provide, refunds are not available. However, our priority is a happy customer and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction is guaranteed! We do, of course, ensure the safe return of your pictures/discs etc. that you send to us. These items will be sent back along with your order.
